Aminieli is currently a rising sophomore studying real estate and urban economics with a concentration in international economic development. His journey has been shaped by his diverse educational background. Having attended schools in Massachusetts, New York, Florida, Tanzania, and currently in Connecticut exposed him to diverse cultures and educational systems.
Each experience has inspired him to advocate for multicultural education and foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of diverse backgrounds and experiences. His educational background and multicultural experiences as an African American and Tanzanian have shaped his journey toward community building, leadership, and activism.
Aminieli passion for community, multicultural education, and leadership drives his commitment to empower students and addressing global economic disparities. As a leader, he spearheads the Business Connections Learning Community, providing resources and fostering a sense of community among business students. His education equips him with the skills to tackle obstacles in his activism and entrepreneurship, as he strives to create a more accessible and sustainable future.

Despite these challenges, he remains resolute in his pursuit of making a positive impact, prioritizing his commitments and seeking collaboration to overcome obstacles. Through his determination and resilience, he inspires others to join his cause and create meaningful change in their communities.
Aminieli has led the Cultural Awareness Brigade (CAB) to address the lack of recognition for BIPOC students. The CAB unites and supports historically underrepresented students, promoting multicultural awareness through advocacy, safe spaces, educational programs, and leadership opportunities. Starting with five students and three advisors, CAB now has 85 members and has established the school's first Cultural Center. Aminieli also contributes to the Deliberation and Discourse Project, organizing workshops and public forums for honest conversations. He holds leadership roles in the National Honor Society and the debate team, striving to create an inclusive learning environment for all students.
