Impactional is an international youth-led organization founded in February 2021 by two former exchange students - Tatjana Syafira from Indonesia (YES Program '20) and Olga Jagiellowicz from Poland (FLEX Program '20). It was born out of the idea of creating young changemakers by providing access to resources  aims to empower youth to be proactive in foster change in their community through interactive, inclusive & international-scale programs.
